Returns

You have 8 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 8 days of delivery at dicknpru@gmail.com with a photo of the product and your order details. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
